WHAT IS BROTHERS & SISTERS?

It's a ministry that is a year long commitment for senior high students to team up with a junior high student and be a positive influence by being involved in many different ways in their lives on a monthly basis.

WHY IS THIS MINISTRY IMPORTANT?

There are so many junior high students that don't have someone to look up to or someone to be there for them.  It's so important for them to have a role model and someone they can go to if they need to talk.  This is also a good way to bring 412 and FAZE closer together.  Sunday mornings can be intimidating for some of the younger ones and we hope this will help them feel more comfortable knowing they have a big "brother" or "sister" looking out for them.

WHO ARE THE BIG BROTHERS & BIG SISTERS?

All of the senior high students that were asked to be part of this are on our student leadership team.  These student have proven they have a strong relationship with God and have signed a commitment form saying they will take the expectations of this ministry seriously.

HOW WILL THE STUDENTS BE MATCHED UP?

We will have a sign-up sheet available at all merge and 412 events for junior high students to sign-up to be involved.  After that, we will take all the students who want to be part of this and match them up.  Dave, Natalie, Derek, Melissa and Jason will sit down and chose who would fit best together.  Once they are matched up we will have a big launch.  From there we will keep in touch with all involved to make sure they are meeting the expectations of the ministry.
